Bramwell Pub Company, the managed operator, has announced new additions to its pizza menu, including Christmas-themed and dessert pizzas, along with a Christmas drinks range at its Wild Lime sites.

The Pudding Pizza combines banana and Nutella served with vanilla ice cream. The Columbus Christmas Pizza features Chorizo, fennel, freshly torn mozzarella topped with gremolata.

The Cape Point Pizza with butternut squash, blue cheese and thyme topped with mozzarella has also been added.

The five new drinks include a “hard shake” - a milkshake made with spirits - called the ‘Salted Caramel Surf Shake’ - made with Cuervo tequila, ice cream, caramel sauce and a sprinkle of sea salt; “Californian Christmas in a Jar’ features Smirnoff Vodka, Chambord, Cointreau, cranberry and lime juice served with a sprig of mint and a striped Christmas candy cane; Raspberry Ripple, featuring Captain Morgan’s Dark Rum, Amaretto, Butterscotch Schnapps, Grenadine and fresh raspberries; and the Crème Brulee (vanilla vodka, Kahula, milk and cream).

Sarah Weir, Bramwell’s commercial director, said: “Wild Lime Bar & Kitchen was born out of fresh thinking and the need for a truly distinctive concept which is why we’ve made a conscious decision not to go with tradition - we want to introduce customers to Christmas the Wild Lime way.”
