A newly formed pub company, Hearth Hospitality, backed by wealth manager, Blackfinch Investments, has taken on the former Spectator magazine headquarters in the City.
The former Le Paris Grill site in Little Britain is to be converted in two stages, with the main bar to open in July, and a further bar and restaurant to be launched in September.
The site was for many years the headquarters of the Spectator magazine and has since undergone numerous guises.
Hearth Hospitality describes itself as “an exciting new company set up with the sole intent on building good traditional pubs serving the best quality food, wines and beers”.
Gloucester-based Blackfinch manages c£200m of investments.
