Bespoke Hotels, the hotel and coaching inn operator, has taken over the management of the former Beefeater pub/restaurant and Premier Inn known as Worplesdon Place, near Guildford.
Whitbread vacated the property in June following the expiry of their lease.
Bespoke, which is led by Robin Sheppard and Haydn Fentum, currently operates over 90 sites across the UK.
Fleurets advised the freeholder on the transaction.
