Bespoke Inns, the Derbyshire-based pub operator, has opened its third site - The Boot at Repton.
Bespoke also operates Dragon at Willington and Harpur’s of Melbourne.
Alan Shepherd, director and owner of the company, said: “It’s all about location and of course getting the offering right. We have developed our offering over the past five years to ensure we capitalise on what our market is looking for. Plus our location, right beside the Trent and Mersey canal is fantastic for business”.
The Boot also has its own micro-brewery and has produced four beers so far: Boot Bitter, Clod Hopper, Tuffer’s Old and Repton Cross, with more on the way.
