Be At One, the Piper-backed cocktail bar chain, is to further strengthen its openings pipeline with the launch of a site in Norwich, M&C Report understands.
The group, which earlier this week opened its latest site in Cardiff, is believed to have exchanged on a unit in Norwich city centre for an opening later this summer.
The 25-strong brand is set to establish a national presence over the next 12 months, with openings lined up in Leeds (opening next month), Manchester (August) and Liverpool (November).
Earlier this year, the group reported a like-for-like sales increase of 10% in the year to 29 March 2015, M&C Report has learnt.
It saw sales increase 34% to £22.4m during the year, with EBITDA climbing from £2.4m to £3.2m.
During the year, it opened three new sites in Bath, Greek Street in London’s Soho and Oxford, with all believed to be trading ahead of expectations.
In November, it appointed experienced property professional Chris James as its new property director to aid its expansion plans.
