Be At One, the Piper-backed cocktail bar chain, is rolling out a gourmet hotdog offer across its estate.

The group, which recently strengthened its regional pipeline after securing sites in Bristol and Milton Keynes, launched the offer, which is priced around £4.50, at its Wimpole Street site and it has since been rolled out to a handful of its other bars, including its unit in Putney.

The 19-strong company had previously trialled a food offer in its Gresham Street site.

Earlier this month, the group opened its latest site in Russell Street Covent Garden. It will open its 20th site and its second outside London, in Brighton, next month.

In September, the group, which is led by Steve Locke, Rhys Oldfield and Leigh Miller, agreed a further £2.5m of funding through Lloyds Banking Group, on top of the £4m facility it secured at the start of this year. It said the funding would help it accelerate its rollout programme.

It plans to have reached 23 sites by the end of March 2014.
