Be At One, the Piper-backed cocktail bar chain, has appointment experienced property professional Chris James as its new property director, M&C Report understands.
James has worked in the property industry for 25 years and held senior positions both in the UK and overseas, including stints as head of operations for the UK’s two largest property companies, British Land and Land Securities.
He will be assisting the directors of Be At One to “realise their ambitions of national expansion and further developing the brand across the UK”.
As well as being a consultant and advisor to numerous other companies globally including Global Radio, EBRD, CBRE, NCR, Bitexo and Colliers International, James has been instrumental in setting up some of the UK’s most iconic and prominent developments and estates including Broadgate, Ludgate, Chiswick Park, Stockley Park and the regeneration of Victoria.
The company will open its latest site in Bath this Friday, followed by Greek Street in London next month and Oxford next year.
It is thought that following the positive guest feedback from the opening of its first four sites outside of London, the group is confident that they can grow the estate to 120 sites throughout the UK.
