John Woodward has left his role as chief financial officer at Batemans Brewery after seven years with the group.
The company this week confirmed the departure of former Boss finance director from its board.
As revealed by MCA last month, the brewer and pub operator has appointed Ian Furniss as finance director.
Furniss had previously spent three years at Notcutts Garden Centres.
