Bar Sport is to open in Southampton and Altrincham, Manchester, MCA understands.
Founder Scott Murray told MCA the sites secured by his franchisees in the two areas were due to open in the summer. He said negotiations continued on prospective sites in Scotland.
After exiting some sites over the past year the two new openings will take the brand to six.
Murray said the first site for his better burger concept, Burger Priest, in Wolverhampton would open in April. He said he is planning a further managed site in the Midlands and potentially another further afield, alongside a franchise rollout.
He said recent high profile visits to the flagship Bar Sport Cannock, including Floyd Mayweather Jr and Chris Eubank had boosted trade. He said he was currently in negotiations to bring Pele to the UK.
