Devco, Spirit Group's concept incubation arm, is seeing "fantastic success for Bar Room Bar, its pizza restaurant division, which has expanded to more than 20 sites.
Devco, which oversees 66 of Spirit's 2,400 outlets, said suburban Bar Room Bar sites around London were performing particularly well, although Andrew Knight, Devco's commercial director, said the group's 10 new-style Firkin pubs were seeing mixed results.
