Arc Inspirations, the Leeds-based multiple operator, is to add to new sites to its portfolio over the next six months.

The group, which was founded in 2002 by Martin Woolstencroft, former Whitbread new concept development manager, is to open a second Banyan Bar & Kitchen site in York’s Little Stonegate Street and will follow this up with the launch of a new bar concept in Leeds’ Merrion Street at the end of August.

The company currently operates eight suburban bar and restaurant venues in Yorkshire, including seven in and around Leeds.

It reported pre-tax profits of £2.5m on turnover of £11.6m in the year to 1 April 2012.
