Antic London and Downing LLP have brought a package of 11 pubs, out of a total estate of 48, to the market through Fleurets.
The limited life funding structure in the 11 sites has matured and so the pubs are being offered for sale with either vacant possession or on a leased/managed contract with Antic London remaining in situ.
The group stressed that the remaining Antic London sites are unaffected by the process and the company continues to grow with a strong pipeline in place.
The portfolio comprises: The Hope, Peckham; the Sylvan Post in Forest Hill; the Jam Circus in Brockley; Farr’s School of Dancing, in Dalston; Baring Hall, Grove Park; Earl Haig, Crouch End; Manor of Walworth, SE17; Pratts & Payne, Streatham; Suttons Radio, Lewisham; and Walker Briggs, Crystal Palace.
Fleurets is also marketing Antic’s Surrey pub, The Wallington Arms.
Andy Frisby of Fleurets stated: “This is a really exciting opportunity for buyers to either acquire commercial property investments underpinned by a proven industry operator or buy the sites with vacant possession and add value through development and trade at the units. There are some really popular locations amongst this portfolio, including Elephant and Castle, Dalston and Streatham and we expect demand for these assets to be strong.”
