Admiral Taverns has sold its entire estate of Scottish pubs to a subsidiary of Glasgow-based operator G1 Group.
The 27 sites have been sold for an undisclosed sum to the Iona Pub Partnership.
The pub group was advised by Sapient Corporate Finance, which is headed up by Peter Hansen.
It also separately advised on a deal for Nectar Taverns - which has bought out the the leasehold interest of 28 former Cains Beer Company pubs on which it already owned the freeholds.
