Paul Davies, a property developer, is to launch a new £5m private members club and boutique hotel in London’s Chelsea.
No11 London located at Cadogan Gardens on the site of a former hotel will officially open at the beginning of June.
The property comprises a 62-room hotel, 70-cover restaurant, club and apartments.
