Taiwanese fruit tea brand, YiFang, which launched its first permanent UK site today, has secured a second location due to open in early summer.

The brand, which currently trades from a temporary unit located at Old Spitafields Market, today opened a permanent 100 sq ft kiosk at 104 Shaftesbury Avenue. The second unit, at 13 Moor St, covers 300 sq ft on ground floor level. Both sites were secured by Shelley Sandzer.

The brand has opened over 600 stores across the globe since launching in 2016.

Pokai Wang of YiFang, said: “We are excited to open our first permanent location in the UK and look forward to opening the second site shortly. We’ve been given exceptional assistance and guidance from Shelley Sandzer and look forward to working with them as we introduce the Taiwanese tradition of drinking tea and the culture of our country to the UK.”

Etai Page, high-street agent at Shelley Sandzer, said: “We are delighted to secure two prime units for YiFang and are proud to be a part of their expansion plans in London. They join other international brands from East Asia that we have helped to launch in London, such as Old Chang Kee and Duddell’s.
