Freeholds of three venues run by Cavendish Bars for the past two years, which fell into administration earlier this year, have been put up for sale.

The portfolio includes Tom Peppers, a late-night seafront bar in Clacton-on-Sea, Essex, with offers in the region of £875k sought. It had originally been on the market earlier this year with an asking price of £1.4m.

Vice Versa in Loughborough, Leicestershire, a two-floor bar with a 4am licence, is on the market for £625k down from £950k. Pulse 8 in central Peterborough, a 600-capacity venue with a 6am licence, is priced at £350k.

Christie + Co is marketing the sites, which are available individually or as a group, on behalf of administrators Zolfo Cooper.
