Savills has brought to market a seven-strong portfolio of prime licensed leisure investments in London on behalf of a private client.

Known as Project Regal, the portfolio comprises assets in locations including the City, West End, Chelsea, South Kensington and Holland Park and are let to experienced multiple operators.

The properties are Baker & Spice, Denyer Street, Chelsea; Be at One, Great Windmill Street, Soho; Casa Cruz, Clarendon Road, Holland Park; Dirty Martini, The Minories, The City; Duke of Clarence, Old Brompton Road, Chelsea; Patara, Fulham Road, Chelsea; and Phoenix, Smith Street, Chelsea.

Paul Breen, director in the licensed leisure team at Savills, comments: “This is a rare opportunity to acquire a portfolio of prime licensed leisure assets in some of London’s most exclusive locations, all of which have shown long term occupational demand and strong underlying values. The attractive lot sizes provide excellent liquidity and will therefore appeal to a broad variety of potential buyers.”
