Modern Diner Ltd is to launch the first site under its American diner concept, Ruby Burgers, in Devon, in January.
The concept, which is the brainchild of Dick Harrison and Erin Allgrove, will occupy a Grade II Listed property in 74 Queen Street, central Exeter.
Allgrove, director of Modern Diner, said: “We are proud to bring the building back to life and give it the care and attention that it deserves. We are excited to bring a fresh approach to fast food in Exeter. The Modern Diner concept combines the heritage of the American Diner with the best produce the region has to offer.”
Christie + Co acted on the deal.
