The freehold investment of Radici in Islington is being marketed for a guide price of £3.645m.

Savills is marketing the 136-cover restaurant, which is let to Orrery Restaurant Limited, part of D&D London, on a lease expiring in 2026 at a passing rent of £155,000 per annum.
