The Oak on Westbourne Park Road in Notting Hill is available at a guide price of £2.25m and a passing rent of £98,807. The pub is let until March 2043 with annual CPI linked reviews.

Finally The Oak, on Goldhawk Road in Shepherds Bush, has a guide price of £1.75m with a rental income of £76,317. The pub is let until February 2043 and there are annual CPI linked reviews. The tenant is privately owned pub operator Willow Inns.
