Mother Clucker, the fried chicken street food concept, has confirmed its debut bricks and mortar site in Exmouth Market, as flagged up by MCA in January.
The site will serve breakfast and coffee, beer from The Five Points, New Orleans-inspired cocktails and signature Mother Clucker dishes, such as strips, burgers, Cajun fries, black-eyed peas and hot sauce.
Brittney Bean, co-founder of Mother Clucker, said: “After five years of frying chicken from trucks, gazebos and shipping containers all over London, we’re ready to roll out our permanent units with an expanded food and drinks menu.
“We’re really excited about breakfast, and we’re really excited about Five Points beer and we’re really excited about cocktails, but mostly we’re really, really excited about bringing more people more chicken more of the time.”
Located at at 59-61 Rosebery Avenue, the site will be open seven days a week, 11.30am-10.30pm.
