Nick Lyell has joined BNP Paribas Real Estate’s growing national retail and leisure agency and investment team as a director.
Lyell, who joins from Savills, will work alongside BNP Paribas Real Estate’s successful leisure lease advisory team to grow the company’s market share in the leisure sector and add experience on larger, business-wide projects.
He has extensive experience in the market, having recently worked for several major institutions on portfolio transactions, and completed deals for landmark venues including the Sydney Arms pub in Chelsea, and the Newcastle’s Union Rooms.
Patrick Heaps, head of Retail at BNP Paribas Real Estate, said: “Nick joins as part of our growing retail and leisure agency and investment team, bringing with him leisure experience specifically within the licensed premises, restaurant and hotels markets. This appointment complements the strong and growing team and will increase the breadth of services we are able to offer to clients in this sector.”
