The 11,000sq ft bar & restaurant in Leicester Square, currently occupied by Yates is being marketed on a new lease, with a guide rental of £2m per annum.

The site at the heart of the capital’s entertainment scene is coming to the market for the first time in 15 years.

Nash Bond and Savills are marketing the lease on behalf of Criterion Capital.

Richard Scott, director at Nash Bond, said: “This is an extremely rare opportunity to acquire a flagship presence in London. The bar is situated between Leicester Square Odeon - home of UK premieres - and London Capital Radio. It is not only an area teaming with nightlife, tourists and visitors, but is a globally recognised address because of its red carpet premieres and paparazzi. Where else can you sit and have a drink in London and watch global movie stars walk by?

“We expect strong interest from international restaurant and bar operators looking for that flagship London presence.”
