Legal & General is looking to sell the freehold interest of 76-88 Wardour Street, in London’s Soho, which houses Wagamama’s head office, for £89.5m.
It has instructed Allsop to sell the 33,385sq ft property which includes Wagamama, Wahaca, Hummus Bros and Vapiano
The investment currently produces a topped-up rental income of £3,346,405 per annum.
The brochure for the property said: “The opportunity to realise a significant increase in rental income across the ground floor A3 units with current rents passing at between £90 - £100psf on best space. A3 rents in Soho are currently in excess of £150 psf on best space.”
It said that rent reviews were well timed to capture forecast rental growth between 2017-2019.
