The Freeport Fleetwood shopping centre in Lancashire is seeking a food and drink operator for a c.13,000ft venue which is currently occupied by La Petit Four.
The site offers the potential for two floors with outdoor seating overlooking the marina and accessible from the new 385 house development behind the site which is set to open in November.
Christine Grace, leasing director for Realm, the asset managers for Freeport Fleetwood, said: “We are looking for a really great food and beverage business to take over The Wave and build it into a fantastic place to enjoy the Marina whilst shopping at Freeport Fleetwood. The building has a strong heritage on our site and we want to see it thrive again. What’s more the view from the terrace outside the building is without exception one of the best in the town. It would make the perfect place to enjoy a drink and a bite to eat after a hard day’s shopping.
“We’d love to see a strong local business take over but would be equally happy to welcome a national chain if they could demonstrate a real passion for the town.”
