Since being brought to the market three weeks ago, Carnaby Street’s Cha Cha Moon has received interest from dozens of parties – from existing national and international operators to independent entrepreneurs, according to Christie & Co, which is marketing the site in London’s Soho.

Simon Chaplin, Head of Restaurants at Christie & Co, said: “Interest in the site has so far been phenomenal, particularly from foreign purchasers in the US, Far East and Middle East who are attracted to the trophy location and encouraged by the pound’s further drop in value.”

First round of bids for the site are sought by 25 October.
