Enterprise Inns has put five freehold pubs up for auction, with guide prices ranging from £125,000 to £350,000, writes Gurjit Degun. All of the pubs are vacant and consist of two-storey and three-storey buildings. The auction will be held by Savills on 1 September at the Nottingham Racecourse on Colwick Road, Nottingham. The pubs are: The Vine in Spalding, Lincolnshire, with a guide price of £125,000 to £150,000. The Falconer in Daventry, Northamptonshire, with a guide price of £300,000 to £350,000. Fox Inn in Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire, with a guide price of £150,000 to £175,000. Marquis of Granby in Bourne, Lincolnshire, with a guide price of £150,000 to £175,000. Witham Tavern in Boston, Lincolnshire, with a guide price of £125,000 to £150,000.
