Ed’s Easy Diner, the American-style casual dining chain, is to open a sixth site, following its acquisition of a new outlet in the West End of London.
The company has taken on the lease of the former Ekachai restaurant in Sedley Place, WC1. It will pay an annual rent of £70,000 for the 1,200sq ft unit, which has 18 years left on the lease.
The deal was brokered by property agent Davis Coffer Lyons (DCL).
