Dip & Flip, the burger and gravy concept, is exiting its Tooting site, while pop-up restaurant Smoke & Salt to take the site.
The disposal leaves Dip & Flip with two sites, in Wimbledon and Battersea, and a pop-up with Adventure Bar Group’s Bar Elba.
Last year Dip & Flip, which was co-founded by Tim Lees and Gearoid Hogan, closed its Brixton restaurant.
It is Smoke & Salt’s debut bricks and mortar site, alongside its successful residency at Pop Brixton.
Smoke & Salt founders Aaron Webster and Remi Williams recently raised £140,000 in a Seedrs crowdfunding campaign for a permanent home.
The modern European restaurant will open on 115 Tooting High Street in April.
Tom Crosthwaite of CDG Leisure acted on the deal.
