Leisure property specialist Colliers has appointed Josh Leon as its new head of central London restaurants.

Leon, formerly of Davis Coffer Lyons (DCL) will focus on building an A3 team primarily focussing on the Central London market.

Paul Souber, Colliers’s head of retail agency said: “Adding bespoke A3 to our central London retail offer to clients has always been a key part of our strategy. And Josh is the perfect person to lead that initiative. He has a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the sector and has great connections in the restaurant business, working with international brands and top Chefs, particularly in the central London dining scene.”

Leon has worked at DCL for 12 years and brings experience of bringing in restaurant and bar brands from all over the world – as well as Michelin Star chefs – and a client list including a range of property companies, institutions and high street names.

Colliers intends to grow and build its restaurant & bars team over the coming months.
