Tortilla has appointed Francesca Tiritiello as a new independent non-executive director and Laurence Keen as senior independent director.
Tiritiello, non-executive director with effect from 20 September, will take over as chair of the remuneration committee from Keen.
Tiritiello has been involved in the expansion of branded businesses in the European QSR market, across both advisory and senior finance positions.
She has previously held director and CFO roles in hospitality businesses including Yum! Brands, where she held European CFO and commercial director positions. She is currently partner and co-founder of boutique advisory firm Kikkirossi.
Keen is the CFO of Hollywood Bowl PLC and will now take on senior independent director responsibilities as well as continue to chair the audit committee.
