TGI’s finalises executive team

TGI Fridays UK has finalised its executive team with the appointment off Alan Clark as chief financial officer.

Clark has joined the restaurant chain from hospitality group D&D London, where he was CFO for just under 18 months.

Spearheaded by new CEO Robert Cook, the brand’s senior team underwent several changes towards the end of 2019 with the appointment of Dan Staples as CMO and Tom Sycamore as COO.

Other appointments include Suzanne Peacock as people and culture director, Alyson Scott as procurement, supply chain and technical director, and Trevor Peach as operations director.

“We now have in place a diverse team with a strong set of experience within the hospitality industry, paired with a good understanding of TGI Fridays as a brand,” said Cook. “Between us, there’s a lot to do but we are looking forward to putting our plans in to action and you can expect exciting things from us in 2020.”
