Tasty’s chief financial officer Mayuri Vachhani is to step down from her role and leave the restaurant group on 31 March 2023 in order to pursue other opportunities.
Ian Davies has been appointed as her replacement, in what will initially be a non-board appointment, with effect from 20 February 2023.
Davies is a chartered accountant with more than 18 years of experience within the hospitality sector, most recently as CFO for international private membership club business hClub.
Vachhani, who joined Tasty in 2018, will ensure the completion of the audit for the 52 weeks to 25 December 2022 and a comprehensive handover to Davies before she leaves.
