Stonegate Group has launched a new development programme called Future Leaders, which is designed to inspire a new generation of leaders within its business.

The new programme will see delegates from across the pub company’s management team take part in a six-session programme, lasting 10 months in total.

Each workshop will seek to challenge and enhance leadership thinking, with several key figures from across the group to lead sessions, including five of its board members.

The programme has been designed for high potential leaders from within the group, with three objectives in mind: To provide an internally delivered programme that enables delegates to interact with the operations board whilst building their own personal brand; to retain and promote to the leadership team from within Stonegate Group; and to continuously build on the performance of our high potential individuals whilst challenging their thinking processes.

The first cohort of 32 delegates have come from a mixture of its head office and operations roles.

Tim Painter, HR director of Stonegate Group said: “I am delighted to see the start of this great project, watching the Future Leaders programme be brought to life has been fantastic.

“We are on a mission to raise the bar on the British pub, by being the best for our people as they sit at the heart of our business. Our Future Leaders programme equips our rising stars with the tools and behaviours that they need to have a long and successful career with us.”
