Soho House, the Nick Jones-led leisure group, has appointed Daniel Ashworth, formerly of Salt UK, as its new group operations director, MCA understands.
Ashworth spent over a year with the Japanese-owned Salt UK group, overseeing the opening of its first restaurant outside of Japan, the high-end Engawa at Ham Yard Hotel in Soho.
Previous to that he was an operations manager at the Oaka Group, which operates four gastropubs across the South East.
