Scoffs Group, the largest franchisee of Costa Coffee in the UK, has appointed Luke Daines as group operations director.
Daines was previously the retail franchise lead – South at Costa Coffee, where he began working as store manager in 2013.
Daines said: “I am delighted to be joining the award-winning team at Scoffs Group at such an exciting time. As we embark on a period of expansion, I am thrilled to be joining an outstanding team and building on the excellent operations that are already in place to enable the significant growth that lies ahead. I cannot wait to get out into our stores to speak to our teams about our plans for growth”.
