Simon Rowe, the former finance director of Be At One and Paramount Restaurants, has been appointed as chief executive of Park Chinois, the Alan Yau-inspired, high-end Chinese restaurant and bar venue in Mayfair.
Rowe was the former group financial officer at Paramount Restaurants, who has also had stints at Be At One, Hakkasan and 5 Hertford Street, Robin Birley’s private members’ club.
He was recently interim finance director at the Gordon Ramsay Group.
MCA understands that Rowe has been brought in to oversee the development of Park Chinois, which is based in Berkley Street and believed to have been built and opened at a cost of c£30m.
