The chief financial officer for Caprice Holdings, The Birley Group, The Ivy Collection and Bill’s Restaurants is believed to have stepped down after just five months in the role.
MCA understands that Humera Afzal has resigned as a director of the Richard Caring-backed business, according to updates on Companies House.
Afzal is reported to have resigned as a director from 31 Caring-linked entities on 13 December.
She joined from Soho House, where she was global chief financial officer.
Prior to that she was CFO at Backed VC, a venture capital firm, and before that a director at PwC.
