Tiffany Renwick has stepped aside as managing director of Coppa Club, after two years at the head of the five-strong, Hugh Osmond-backed concept, MCA understands.

Sun Capital Partners appointed Renwick as managing director of its then fledgling Coppa Club format, back in May 2016

Renwick had been an investment associate at Sun Capital since October 2013 and before that worked as a brand manager at L’Oréal. She remains a director of Osmond Capital, which oversees the group’s restaurant operations

It comes at a time when Osmond is thought to have shown an interesting in acquiring a significant portion of the Loch Fyne Restaurant estate that was placed on the market by Greene King earlier this year.

In March, MCA revealed that Greene King had appointed advisers to oversee a sale of the 31-strong Loch Fyne brand. It has since closed sites in Guildford and Reading, and most recently in Hertford and Loughton.

It is thought that a number of parties have shown an interest in acquiring a portion of the remaining business.

Coppa recently opened in Henley and is understood to have further openings lined up in Maidenhead and Brighton.
