RedCat Pub Company has appointed Alice Barriball as head of people.
Barriball was previously director of talent acquisition and employer brand at Marston’s for two years.
Prior to that, she spent nearly seven years at Greene King, beginning as corporate resourcing manager and most recently as group head of resourcing.
Barriball also served as founder and director at Freebird Consulting, a strategic consulting firm specialising in talent and employer brand.
The appointment comes as Richard Lewis steps up as Redcat group CEO at the end of March, following Kevin Charity’s retirement as CEO of the Coaching Inn Group, which was acquired by RedCat in August 2021.
In September 2023, RedCat further strengthened its senior team with the appointment of Miles Slade, previously of Urban Pubs & Bars, as director of operations.
