Pizza Hut UK and Europe has appointed Kate Vacovec as chief financial officer and Pippa Prain as chief brand officer.
Vacovec takes over from former MD and CFO Neil Manhas, now VP of finance at Taco Bell. She was formerly director of finance for Pizza Hut Global with parent company Yum! Brands, and had previously held a variety of roles for Pizza Hut UK & Europe.
Vacovec is replaced by Matt Kleen, who moves from Pizza Hut US to become director of finance at Pizza Hut Global.
Prain was formerly head of brand & creative at Foodstuffs New Zealand.
Commenting in a post on LinkedIn, Vacovec said: “I’m thrilled to share that I will be returning to the Pizza Hut UK & Europe family as Chief Financial Officer!
“The Europe team has a very special place in my heart - they are incredibly passionate about driving business results with smart, heart and courage! I am honored to step into this new leadership role.”
Prain commented on LinkedIn: ”I’m happy to pack my satchel today and join the Pizza Hut UK & Europe team as Chief Brand Officer. Joining the leadership team tasked to deliver brand turnaround and drive business growth.”
