Rob Papps of Nando’s UK & Ireland, and Jane Holbrook of Wagamama, were both named in the annual Top CEO’s UK list from Glassdoor, one of the world’s largest job and recruiting sites, which highlights the top leaders employees love working for in countries throughout North America and parts of Europe.

Papps, who has led Nando’s for the last eight years was placed 17th in the UK list, with an employees approval rating of 96%. Holbrook, who took over the leadership of Wagamama last year, was placed at number 26 with an employee’s approval rating of 93%.

Richard Flint, chief executive of Sky Betting & Gaming topped the UK list with an employees approval rating of 99%.

When employees submit reviews about their company on Glassdoor, they are asked to rate various factors about their employment experience, including their overall satisfaction and other workplace attributes like senior management. As part of these ratings, employees are also asked to rate whether they approve, disapprove or are neutral about the job their chief executive is doing.

Among the 770,000 companies reviewed on Glassdoor, the average chief executive approval rating is 69%.
