Noble Hospitality Group has appointed Jeremy Brown as its culinary director.

In his new role, Brown will oversee culinary operations across three key elements of the group’s portfolio: Angus Steakhouse, Steak and Company, and Alley Cats Pizza.

He previously held the position of group executive chef at Gordon Ramsay Restaurants UK, where he led the culinary direction across 27 restaurants and played a key role in rebranding initiatives.

Brown’s experience also includes executive chef positions at establishments such as Shangri-La Hotel at The Shard, London, Hotel Café Royal, and Rhubarb Sky-garden.

“This is an incredibly exciting time to join Noble Restaurants Group and lead its talented culinary team. I look forward to bringing my passion for innovation and operational excellence to the group’s portfolio of restaurants and creating exceptional dining experiences for our guests,” he commented.

“We are excited to welcome Jeremy Brown to Noble Restaurants Group,” added group CEO Paul Sarlas. “His extensive experience at world-renowned establishments will be instrumental in further enhancing our dining offerings, and maintaining the high standards we expect across all three brands.”

Brown’s appointment represents the start of a new era for the restaurants under the Noble Restaurant Group banner, said the business, as they continue to strive for outstanding hospitality.

In early 2024, restauranteur William Noble announced the opening of the Noble Hospitality Group Limited. Under this umbrella, Noble brings together his previous companies, Steakhouse Holdings Limited and ATFC Limited, to take the companies in a new direction. Also within this new umbrella, is Matte Limited, previously known as NZR Limited.

The newly branded Noble Hospitality Group’s restaurant portfolio includes Alley Cats, Steak and Company, Angus Steakhouse, Ochre and Muriel’s Kitchen, Chotto Matte, Black Roe, Fucina and Panetteria by Fucina.
