Laura Mills has been promoted from chief operating officer to managing director for the Ivy Collection.
Mills was appointed as COO in May 2022 at the restaurant chain.
Speaking to MCA in September 2022, she said the business sees strong opportunity to grow the Ivy Asia concept as a relatively younger brand, with London remaining a target area to grow both concepts.
While there is future potential for new concepts, the Ivy is focused on expanding its current ones, with revenues surpassing £200m in the year to January 2022.
Commenting on LinkedIn, Mills said: “I’m delighted to share my appointment to Managing Director of The Ivy Collection and honoured to be part of such an amazing, passionate Ivy Collection team.”
