Former D&D London chief financial officer, Jim Kottler, has joined Gaucho in the same role.
He replaces Frank Bandura, who has held the position since 2016, and is the latest senior appointment under chief executive, Martin Williams.
Williams said: “I am delighted that Jim has joined us as CFO. He will bring a wealth of experience to the company (including his recent post as interim CFO of D&D), I am delighted that he shares in our ambitions for the brand and will be integral in an exciting next chapter for Gaucho!
