Jimmy’s World Kitchen, the multi-cuisine restaurant concept, has appointed Zoe Tindall as its first dedicated finance director as it gears up for its next stage of growth, M&C Report has learnt.

Tindall joins the 10-strong group, which is set to open a further five sites next year, after three years at  Pho, the Vietnamese fast-casual concept. She was also formerly finance director YO! Sushi and Be At One and will take up her new post early next year.

She follows the other appointments of Andrew Guy as chairman and Colin Mayes as non-executive director last month.

Most recently, in December, Jimmy’s World Kitchen opened its 10th restaurant at the London Design Outlet, which the group said represented the “next evolution of its proposition with both the design and its cuisine taking a step forward”.

Parm Uppal, chief executive, said:  “The appointment of Zoe is a coup and another endorsement of our plans to build a significant business. Her experience of businesses that are growing quickly will be invaluable. We have now got a Board that is of the highest quality and has all the requisite experience and skillsets to guide and drive the business forward and realise our ambitious goals.

Pho, which is led by Stephen and Juliette Wall, has appointed Debbie Lonnen, former finance director of Jamie’s Italian, as its interim finance director.
