Marston’s chief executive Ralph Findlay will be appointed a non-executive director of Bovis Homes Group PLC with effect from 7 April 2015.
He will also be a member of the company’s Nomination Committee, Remuneration Committee and Audit Committee and will chair the Audit Committee from the conclusion of the 2015 AGM.
Findlay was appointed to the board of Marston’s as finance director in 1996 becoming chief executive in 2001
He is currently chairman of the British Beer and Pub Association.
He previously worked as financial controller at Geest plc and treasury manager at Bass plc.
