Wasabi’s interim finance director Raoul Federman is to join serviced apartments group Q Apartments as chief financial officer, MCA understands.

Federman has been with the sushi and bento operator since September, having previously been finance director at Aubaine Restaurants and on an interim basis, Vital Ingredient.

As MCA reported last week, new finance director Mark O’Mahoney is joining the group from Carluccio’s, where he has been head of finance for the past three years. He previously worked for D&D London, EAT and Starbucks.

Founded in 1996, Q Apartments is the largest provider of serviced accommodation in Scandinavia, with significant operations in London and Sao Paulo.
