Ei Group has completed a restructure of its senior operations team and made a number of linked changes in key management roles, MCA has learnt.
As first reported by MCA last year, the pubco made changes to its management structure and the number of divisions across its estate in response to the contraction of the tenanted and leased estate.
The changes saw Nick Light take on the role of lead managing director, supported by Kim Francis, with Ian Ronayne leaving the business.
Following the changes, a number of other roles have changed – including James Armitage, formerly sales and marketing director, becoming group services director. Meanwhile, Richard Broadribb is moving from asset development director to commercial property director.
Meanwhile, Ben Jones has been promoted from senior divisional property manager to head of development - managed investments and commercial properties.
A spokesperson for Ei Group said: “As we continue to make strong progress with the implementation of our strategy, we are focused on ensuring that the appropriate management structure is in place for Ei Publican Partnerships over the years ahead. To this end, in April the Publican Partnerships business consolidated its structure to have a single point of leadership with Nick Light as MD, supported by Kim Francis. Ian Ronayne who had been MD of the North and Beacon businesses over the last 5 years left the business last month. Changes in linked functions have also been made at this time in support of our strategy.”
