D&D London has launched an online platform to offer support and guidance to its 2000 employees throughout the coronavirus pandemic.
‘D&D Connect’ will comprise a centralised virtual channel to update workers on the ever-changing situation and also host social activities with a focus on employee health and wellbeing.
Available resources include Q&A’s covering the FAQ by employees about the coronavirus Jobs Retention Scheme, a list of volunteering opportunities to get involved with, business updates from its founders and emotional support via the Employee Assistance program.
The group plans to expand the platform globally, with New York and Paris next in the pipeline.
“We want to help our D&D London colleagues every step of the way,” said Adam Harwood, D&D London head of learning and development. “This platform provides one place that our teams can rely on to get up to the minute advice to help them in this uncertain and ever-changing period.”
